HEAD AND NECK INJURIES

Neck injuries are common, often occurring in recreational activities, sports, and automobile accidents. Neck pain or injury may also be due to years of bad posture, sitting at a computer too long, or high levels of stress causing tension in the neck and shoulders. A neck injury often causes pain in other areas of the body, including the shoulders, back, and even head.

SHOULDER INJURIES

Shoulder is not only a complicated structure but important part of

control upper extremities and hands. Shoulder joint is comprised by three component; Humerous, Scapula, Clavicle and most unstable joint covered by muscle only.  Shoulder joint can be affected by how to move arm and the frequency of using arm, neck movement also can be a factor to make some shoulder pain.

We analyze shoulder movement and pattern patients are used to and make it strong by doing strengthening and stretching of shoulder.

HIP INJURIES

Hip joint is surrounded by a variety of major muscles; low back muscle, gluteal muscles, quadriceps and hamstring muscle. If you hear any clicking sound from your joint , that means your joint is not functioning 100 % with unbalanced muscle performance. It also can affect your back/pelvis to move if hip joint performance is not functioning well.

ELBOW/WRIST/HANDS INJURIES

Elbow and hands are all connected and affects each area with any single movement. There are many different elements that are affected – especially when you consider just how intricate these structures are. It would be injured if any single structure can not make any mobility

KNEE/ANKLE/FOOT INJURIES

The knee joint can be complex structurally and is made up of cartilage, muscle, bone, tendons and ligaments. Foot is a first body part to contact the ground when you initially walk.

Those structures are affected from body weight, shifting weight, absorbing / dispersing weight.

We analyze your posture to understand which factor cause more pain and how to solve that problem together with patient.
